All payments made to Neoclip are final. We do not issue refunds or credits under any circumstances, including but not limited to: unused subscription time, accidental purchases, dissatisfaction with results, or failure to cancel before renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be billed again.
Nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived. In such cases, Neoclip will comply with the relevant legal requirements.
